Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case individually.

Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-ups are non-refundable once processed. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time on the platform.

Marketplace Purchases

All marketplace product purchases are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds on marketplace purchases. If a product significantly differs from its description, contact us and we will mediate with the creator.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a system error
  • Your account was fraudulently accessed and charges were made without your consent
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 24 hours during your paid period

How to Request

Email officialsapplanta@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference, and reason for refund request. We respond within 3 business days.
