• Account data: Name, email address, and profile picture (from Google/GitHub OAuth login)
• Usage data: Chat messages, AI prompts, model usage, credit consumption, and session activity
• Payment data: Transaction IDs, payment status, and plan information (we do NOT store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs)
• Files: Files you upload to the platform for AI processing or your personal file library
• Marketplace data: Products you list, purchases you make, ratings and comments you submit
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our AI chat, marketplace, and generation services
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, sale notifications)
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To analyse platform usage and improve our models and features
• To send product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. AI Prompt Data

Your chat prompts and AI responses are stored in our database to provide chat history. We do not use your prompts to train AI models. Your conversations are private and not shared with third parties unless required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• OpenRouter / Groq / FAL.ai: AI model providers — your prompts are sent to these services for processing
• Safaricom Daraja: M-Pesa payment processing
• NowPayments: Cryptocurrency payment processing
• Pesapal: Card and Airtel Money payments
• Neon / PostgreSQL: Database hosting
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
• Resend: Transactional email delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Chat history and usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days for compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your chat history and data
• Opt out of marketing communications
